Cupping Massage
Description
Cupping massage uses small plastic cups, placed on the body with a gentle suction. This type of treatment is effective in promoting blood flow, releasing fascia and trigger points. It is also used in traditional acupuncture treatments to stimulate acupuncture points and remove stagnation. It can be a more gentle approach to releasing deep tissue for those who prefer less pressure. *Note: Cupping can leave marks on the skin but they are harmless and will dissipate over time.
