Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture assists in balancing the flow of the energy systems to restore balance and promote health in a complete wellness system.

Although it is most recognized for pain management, acupuncture is an effective complimentary treatment for many of today's common ailments including digestive complaints, Stress management, Fertility concerns, Weight management, Trauma and addiction support.

Your initial consultation will cover a variety of questions, evaluating your wellness in a holistic fashion.  We will look at your energy systems, your digestive system and  your mental emotional systems in order to build an individualized treatment plan to get you back on track with your Health and Wellness. 

Once you have had your initial consultation an individualized treatment plan will be suggested to get you back on track with your Health and Wellness goals.

* Treatment plans are typically set up with a number of shorter follow up treatments in a specified period of time, in order to get you feeling better as quickly as possible.  A typical treatment plan begins with five subsequent sessions over a period of 3 weeks, then adjusting based on results.

Natural Medicine Subsequent Consultation

Passive stretching is an amazing on it's own or in addition to any pain management program.  It allows for passive stretching of tight hips, back and shoulders providing significant tension relief as well as assistance in promoting range of motion.

Table Thai Yoga Massage offers the benefits of yoga-like stretching, profound relaxation &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; energy work to the comforts of a massage table.  

This modality is beneficial to a variety of clients including athletes, elderly, people who are unable to practice traditional yoga due to physical limitations, and those who simply prefer to be treated on a table.

The recipient remains fully clothed and resting on a traditional style massage table so please dress comfortably.  

*Treatments are offered by our Registered Acupuncturist and Naturopath and therefore are covered by most healthcare plans.


 Passive Stretching/Table Thai Yoga Massage

Reiki is a Japanese form of healing that works with the body's subtle energies and chakra system. Reiki assists in promoting a deep sense of relaxation, which allows the body to release stress and tension. It is an excellent treatment for people who are struggling with stress related symptoms, trauma, pain and those who are seeking spiritual awareness.

These treatments are offered by a Registered Naturotherapy Practitioner and are covered by most insurance companies.

*Direct Billing is available for Blue Cross and Sun Life.  Receipts are provided for self submission to other insurance companies.

Reiki (Naturotherapy)

It is suggested that our bodies are made up of 60% water.  

Sound and vibration therapy is based on Oriental medicine and science.  We work to promote health and well-being while using a series of sound healing tools, to stimulate acupuncture points &amp; meridians while also focusing on the chakra system and our energetic field.

Acutonics sessions are offered by our registered Acupuncturist/Naturopathic practitioner and are covered by most insurance companies.

Using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety.
