Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture assists in balancing the flow of the energy systems to restore balance and promote health in a complete wellness system.

Although it is most recognized for pain management, acupuncture is an effective complimentary treatment for many of today's common ailments including digestive complaints, Stress management, Fertility concerns, Weight management, Trauma and addiction support.

Your initial consultation will cover a variety of questions, evaluating your wellness in a holistic fashion.  We will look at your energy systems, your digestive system and  your mental emotional systems in order to build an individualized treatment plan to get you back on track with your Health and Wellness. 

Once you have had your initial consultation an individualized treatment plan will be suggested to get you back on track with your Health and Wellness goals.

* Treatment plans are typically set up with a number of shorter follow up treatments in a specified period of time, in order to get you feeling better as quickly as possible.  A typical treatment plan begins with five subsequent sessions over a period of 3 weeks, then adjusting based on results.

Initial Acupuncture Consultation

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice involving the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow and promote healing. 

By targeting meridian points, acupuncture aims to balance the body's energy, or "qi," and improve overall health. Benefits of acupuncture include pain relief, reduction of inflammation, improved circulation, and enhanced immune function. It is commonly used to address a range of conditions, from chronic pain and stress to digestive issues and sleep disturbances, contributing to holistic well-being and enhanced quality of life.

Acupuncture treatments are offered by our Registered Natropath and are billed under Naturopathic services on your medical plan.

Acupuncture (billed as Naturopath)

The naturopathic approach to healthcare emphasizes treating the whole person by addressing physical, mental, and lifestyle factors that influence well-being. Naturopathy combines evidence-based natural therapies, such as nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and lifestyle counseling, with a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal itself. Initial Naturopath/Nutrition Consultation

Microneedling Therapy also called Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), and Percutaneous (through the skin) Collagen Induction (PCI), is a minimally invasive skin-rejuvenation procedure.

Microneedling, does not “burn” your skin like peels or more invasive lasers. The needle penetration depth can be adjusted depending on the area of the body and the skin condition being treated. Using skin needling consistently will trigger the bodies repair process until the desired level of skin rejuvenation is achieved.

Microneedling results in the production of new collagen and elastin, improvement in skin tone and texture.  It can assist in promoting firmness of the skin, reduction in scars, pore size, and stretch marks.   It is important to note that results would vary for each individual, which would be discussed during your initial intake consultation.

Microneedling - Facial

Studies have shown that Hair Restoration can be enhanced with a regular Microneedling treatment plan.   Hair Restoration treatment packages are completed on a bi-weekly basis with a series of treatments required in order to expect visible results. Microneedling - Hair regrowth

Light therapy is the application of specific wavelengths of light energy to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits.  The treatment is non-invasive, painless, requires no recovery time, and can be used safely on all skin types.

Celluma LED devices are FDA cleared to treat the following conditions:

Full face wrinkles
Inflammatory acne vulgaris
Diminished local blood circulation
Muscle &amp;amp;amp; joint stiffness
Muscle tissue tension

CONTRAINDICATIONS
*We can NOT treat you with this device, if any of the following apply:

Pregnant or breastfeeding
History of seizures or epilepsy
Suspicious lesions in the treatment area
Taking cortisone orally or topically or steroid injections
Taking photosensitive drugs
Metastasis in treatment area
Claustrophobic ( the device is placed very close to your skin as this allows the treatment to provide better results)

Light Therapy individual session

Hair loss can be temporary or permanent. It can be heredity, or the result of medical conditions, or hormonal changes. It is generally considered a normal part of aging and affects both men and women alike.

LED red light therapy devices have been cleared by the FDA for treatment of male and female pattern hair loss. It helps to proliferate hair follicle size and prevent catagen hair development (the end of the active growth of a hair).

Hair Restoration (LED Therapy)

Passive stretching is amazing on its own or in addition to any pain management program.  It allows for passive stretching of tight hips, back, and shoulders providing significant tension relief as well as assistance in promoting range of motion.

Table Thai Yoga Massage offers the benefits of yoga-like stretching, profound relaxation and energy work to the comforts of a massage table.  

This modality is beneficial to a variety of clients including athletes, the elderly, people who are unable to practice traditional yoga due to physical limitations, and those who simply prefer to be treated on a table.

The recipient remains fully clothed and resting on a traditional-style massage table so please dress comfortably.

Thai Yoga Massage

Meridian bodywork and acupressure are holistic therapies rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, focusing on balancing the body's energy flow. 

Meridian bodywork involves applying pressure or massage along the body's meridian lines to unblock and harmonize energy pathways, promoting overall wellness. Acupressure uses targeted finger pressure on specific points, or acupoints, to stimulate the body's natural healing response and alleviate pain or stress. 

Both techniques aim to restore balance, enhance vitality, and support physical and emotional health.

Meridian bodywork & Acupressure

Cupping and gua sha are traditional Chinese therapies aimed at improving circulation and relieving muscle tension. 

Cupping involves placing glass or silicone cups on the skin to create suction, which draws blood to the surface and helps release toxins. 

Gua sha uses a smooth-edged tool to scrape the skin, promoting blood flow and alleviating pain. 

Both techniques can enhance relaxation and support the body's natural healing processes. They are often used together to maximize therapeutic benefits.
