Reiki is a Japanese form of healing that works with the body's subtle energies and chakra system. Reiki assists in promoting a deep sense of relaxation, which allows the body to release stress and tension. These treatments are offered by a Registered Naturotherapy Practitioner and are covered by most insurance companies.

Youth Reiki Session

It is suggested that our bodies are made up of 60% water.  

Sound and vibration therapy is based on Oriental medicine and science.  We work to promote health and well-being while using a series of sound healing tools, to stimulate acupuncture points & meridians while also focusing on the chakra system and our energetic field.

Sessions are offered by our registered Acupuncturist/Naturopathic practitioner and are covered by most insurance companies.

Individual Sound Therapy

Using gentle stimulation on acupuncture points combined with Reiki to balance out Meridians and Chakras and promote natural healing.

*This is not traditional acupuncture using needles but utilizes the same theory and points.  Acupuncture points may be stimulated with fingers (acupressure) or tuning forks (sound frequency).  This service is provided by a Naturopathic Practitioner and is billable under Naturopathic/ Naturotherapy for insurance.

Acupressure/Acupuncture & Reiki Combo

Naturopathic Counselling Sessions are heart centered & trauma informed.  

This type of treatment is focused in providing client's with an understanding of their mind, body, & spirit.  They are centered around the intentions of teaching various trauma-informed techniques, strategies, & practices to help heal past traumas by regulating the nervous system.  

Clients will learn more about their own responses when triggered (fight, flight, fawn, freeze trauma response), and work towards healing their nervous system.  ​

Sessions may include individualized teachings on breathwork, meditation, grounding or may also include applied kinesiology or Karuna Reiki.

*Sessions are covered by most healthcare insurance plans under Naturopathic consultations.  Direct billing is available where possible and receipts are provided for self submission when direct billing is not available.

Holistic Counselling

Couples Holistic Counseling Session

Holistic Hypnotherapy combines traditional hypnotherapy techniques with a strong humanistic and transpersonal approach.  This means addressing not only the mind but also the body and spirit in the healing process.  The goal is to achieve balance and harmony across all aspects of a person’s life. 

Holistic Hypnotherapy focus is on healing emotional and psychological issues through the heart center.  This method integrates the mind, body, and spirit, and emphasizes accessing deep-seated emotions, memories, and traumas stored in the subconscious mind. 

In a 90-minute Holistic Hypnotherapy session, the practitioner may guide the client into a state of deep relaxation or trance like traditional hypnotherapy.  However, the approach is often more integrative considering factors such as energy imbalances, emotional blockages, physical health, and spiritual well-being.  Techniques like guided imagery, breathwork, mindfulness, and energy healing (like Reiki) might be incorporated into sessions. 

Holistic Hypnotherapy sessions begin with unconditional love within the heart-center of the administering hypnotherapist and then it reaches into the heart, mind and spirit of the client. Holistic Hypnotherapy, through the professional who implements it, touches the deepest humanity, the heart and spirit of each client to bring profound healing in each session.

Holistic Hypnotherapy

Somatic Integration Sessions focus on the mind-body connection to release stored tension, trauma, and emotions.

They typically begin with an intake conversation and a guided body scan to identify areas of tension.

Breathwork and gentle movement are then used to help release energy, with optional supportive touch or self-touch to aid grounding. 

Emotional processing is a key component, allowing for the safe release of suppressed feelings through guided techniques. 

Sessions conclude with reflection and grounding practices to integrate the experiences, and aftercare recommendations are provided to continue the healing process at home. 

Each session is personalized to support holistic healing and greater body awareness.

*Somatic Integration Sessions are offered by a Registered Naturopathic Practitioner and are covered under most insurance plans for either direct billing or reimbursement.

Sessions are designed for those who desire an intentional time set for connection to self.  
 
The intentional active recovery sessions are developed with a trauma-informed lens.   A trauma-informed session means I offer low-intensity sessions after strenuous ones, or you may know you need a quick straight-to-the-point session. Mental fitness isn't any different than physical, active recovery is possible with your voice as part of the process.  
 
Some individuals can articulate what they need at the moment 1:1 support.  Quick check-ins during your break at work hours.  
 
4 sessions @ 15 minutes for $22ea (Total Investment $88)
