Reiki is a Japanese form of healing that works with the body's subtle energies and chakra system. Reiki assists in promoting a deep sense of relaxation, which allows the body to release stress and tension. It is an excellent treatment for people who are struggling with stress related symptoms, trauma, pain and those who are seeking spiritual awareness.

These treatments are offered by a Registered Naturotherapy Practitioner and are covered by most insurance companies.

*Direct Billing is available for Blue Cross and Sun Life.  Receipts are provided for self submission to other insurance companies.

Reiki (Naturotherapy)

Naturopathic Counselling Sessions are heart centered & trauma informed.  
This type of treatment is focused in providing client's with an understanding of their mind, body, & spirit.  They are centered around the intentions of teaching various trauma-informed techniques, strategies, & practices to help heal past traumas by regulating the nervous system.  Clients will learn more about their own responses when triggered (fight, flight, fawn, freeze trauma response), and work towards healing their nervous system.  ​

Sessions may include individualised teachings on breathwork, meditation, grounding or may also include applied kinesiology or Karuna Reiki.

Naturopathic Holistic Counselling

Curious about Tarot Journaling?  Whether you are new to journaling or are looking for a new creative way to journal, this workshop may be what you are looking for.  This workshop is a beginner levels workshop aimed towards those who want to incorporate using Tarot for journaing purpose.  It may appear intimidating at first but the intention of this workshop is to ease those fears.  Learn how to connect with the cards for the purpose of  journaling.  The workshop introduces the cards as a journaling tool to tie in  major and minor themes in our life for your personal growth, and to process recurring themes.  

Exchange for workshop is $222*. 

*Bring yourself or ask 1 to 2 friends to join you.  The total cost of this workshop can be split between you and 1 to 2 other friends.

Tarot Journaling Workshop 

They say that if you don't have time to sit in silence for 20 minutes... then you must sit for an hour.

If you have been feeling overwhelmed with the ongoing pressures and requirements of your daily life and have been wanting to learn how to slow down and draw your focus within, then join us for an hour on Mindfulness.
We will gather with a 'beginner's mind' and learn some general techniques to help bring our awareness within.
Focusing on breath work, mindful attention, and learning to surrender the things that are not serving you to allow you to find moments of peace and tranquility in this busy world we live in.
The exchange for this workshop is $35 per participant. Payment is expected upon registration and can be sent by e-transfer or in-person payment arrangements can be made.
