Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture assists in balancing the flow of the energy systems to restore balance and promote health in a complete wellness system.

Your initial consultation will cover a variety of questions, evaluating your wellness in a holistic fashion.  We will look at your energy systems, your digestive system and  your mental emotional systems in order to build an individualized treatment plan to get you back on track with your Health and Wellness. 

Once you have had your initial consultation an individualized treatment plan will be suggested to get you back on track with your Health and Wellness goals.

* Treatment plans are typically set up with a number of shorter follow up treatments in a specified period of time, in order to get you feeling better as quickly as possible.  A typical treatment plan begins with five subsequent sessions over a period of 3 weeks, then adjusting based on results.

Initial Naturopath/Nutrition Consultation

TCM/DNM based Natural Medicine consultations will look at your health history in a holistic fashion using theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine-Dietary Therapy.  We will discuss your symptoms and goals for treatment. 

Treatments may include nutritional consultation, food/environmental sensitivity testing, supplements and herbal suggestions.  

Sessions may also include various forms of subtle body work depending on the presenting symptoms and treatment plan/goals.

*Follow up sessions can be scheduled either in person or virtually depending on the treatment plan.

Naturopathic Consultation

Cosmetic Acupuncture systems involve the insertion of acupuncture needles into the face neck and body in order to reduce the visible signs of aging as well as to promote the overall balance of Qi (Energy) throughout the body.

Facial acupuncture can assist in improving muscle tone, tightening sagging skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines, promoting a healthy and youthful appearance and promoting an overall sense of wellbeing.

A series of treatments would be set up on a weekly basis in order to achieve visible results.  The number of treatments required would depend on the expectations of the individual.

* Cosmetic acupuncture treatments plans are required in order to allow the individual client to achieve visible results.  Individual plans are set up, depending on the expectations of each individual and prices are depended on the plan purchased. 

** LED light therapy can also be added to cosmetic treatments, additional fees may be required.

Cosmetic Acupuncture Treatment

Light therapy is the application of specific wavelengths of light energy to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits.  The treatment is non-invasive, painless, requires no recovery time, and can be used safely on all skin types.

*We can NOT treat you with this device, if any of the following apply:

Pregnant or breastfeeding
History of seizures or epilepsy
Suspicious lesions in the treatment area
Taking cortisone orally or topically or steroid injections
Taking photosensitive drugs
Metastasis in treatment area
Claustrophobic ( the device is placed very close to your skin as this allows the treatment to provide better results)

Light Therapy individual session

This modality is beneficial to a variety of clients including athletes, the elderly, people who are unable to practice traditional yoga due to physical limitations, and those who simply prefer to be treated on a table.

The recipient remains fully clothed and resting on a traditional-style massage table so please dress comfortably.

*Thai Massage treatments are offered by a Naturotherapy practitioner and is covered under the Naturopath portion of your insurance plan.  We offer direct billing where possible and receipts are provided for self submission when necessary.
