Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture assists in balancing the flow of the energy systems to restore balance and promote health in a complete wellness system.

Although it is most recognized for pain management, acupuncture is an effective complimentary treatment for many of today's common ailments including digestive complaints, Stress management, Fertility concerns, Weight management, Trauma and addiction support.

Your initial consultation will cover a variety of questions, evaluating your wellness in a holistic fashion.  We will look at your energy systems, your digestive system and  your mental emotional systems in order to build an individualized treatment plan to get you back on track with your Health and Wellness. 

Once you have had your initial consultation an individualized treatment plan will be suggested to get you back on track with your Health and Wellness goals.

* Treatment plans are typically set up with a number of shorter follow up treatments in a specified period of time, in order to get you feeling better as quickly as possible.  A typical treatment plan begins with five subsequent sessions over a period of 3 weeks, then adjusting based on results.

Passive stretching is amazing on its own or in addition to any pain management program.  It allows for passive stretching of tight hips, back, and shoulders providing significant tension relief as well as assistance in promoting range of motion.

Table Thai Yoga Massage offers the benefits of yoga-like stretching, profound relaxation and energy work to the comforts of a massage table.  

This modality is beneficial to a variety of clients including athletes, the elderly, people who are unable to practice traditional yoga due to physical limitations, and those who simply prefer to be treated on a table.

The recipient remains fully clothed and resting on a traditional-style massage table so please dress comfortably.

Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy that assesses and treats restrictions in the body using various styles of treatment. The Osteopath focuses on the body as a whole seeking the root cause of pain and dysfunction, rather than focusing on one body system alone.

Osteopathic treatments can assist with the following:

Increases range of motion in the joints
Reduces pain and stiffness in joints
Qualitatively and gently treats spinal problems resulting from poor posture or spinal disk injuries
Relieves chronic pain through non-invasive treatment
Decreases joint stress
Reduces tension in the body
Relieves tension headaches and migraine headaches
Treats trauma from accidents, sports injuries, and motor vehicle injuries
Increases circulation

We know that we need at least 21 days to become routine so we are going to run random, challenges throughout the year that will focus on a variety of new healthy choices that you can add to your regular day.

The challenge can be based on Mindfulness, Movement, Nutrition, and many things that will help you feel better and live a better lifestyle.

We will provide you with specific challenge info as we near the start date.
